Investing in digital assets, including cryptocurrencies, involves risk. Markets are volatile, unpredictable, and subject to rapid fluctuations based on global events, regulatory changes, and technological developments. By investing through Monetraxy, you accept full responsibility for your investment decisions and outcomes.

3. No Guarantee of Profits

While Monetraxy deploys professionally managed, risk-adjusted strategies, we do not guarantee profits, specific returns, or protection against loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. Insurance & Capital Protection Clause

At Monetraxy, client funds are insured against platform-level risk and catastrophic loss events through regulated custody partners and third-party insurance providers.

In the unlikely event of a platform-validated loss, Monetraxy will reimburse the investor up to 80% of their original capital. does not cover market-driven losses (e.g., natural portfolio depreciation) but applies strictly to infrastructure-related losses such as custodial failure, hack, or internal operation

5. KYC & Compliance Obligations

While Monetraxy aims to process withdrawals within 24–48 hours, external conditions such as market congestion, regulatory reviews, or security flags may result in delays. You acknowledge this risk and agree not to hold Monetraxy liable for temporary delays.
